Station Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Station Operations Manager to join our team at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Station Manager in the day-to-day operations of our retail facilities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Station Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the retail facility, including customer service, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and courteous service, resolving customer complaints, and addressing customer concerns.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent losses.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Station Manager to develop and implement safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on customer service, sales, and operational procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail facility, including the fueling area, convenience store, and restrooms.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Station Manager or Business Consultant.
- Previous experience in a retail, food service, or fuel environment, including cash handling and customer service experience.
- Demonstrated experience operating a cash register, computer console, and other related equipment, tools, and computer software programs and applications.
- Knowledge and application of proper sanitation and safety requirements associated with food storage and serving.
- Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Ability to work both independently and in team settings, with strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- High School graduate or equivalent and a minimum of 21 years of age.
