Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Hard Rock International (USA), Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gas station, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including the fuel pumps, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient fueling operations, including handling customer transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction, including promoting products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory levels.
  • Provide training and coaching to customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to three years of experience in a retail or fast food environment, with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cashiering and money handling experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and other team members.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Experience working in a gaming or hospitality environment.
Working Environment

The Rocktane is located outdoors and as such there is exposure to all weather conditions. Work environment includes exposure to gas and diesel fumes. Environment can be hectic and fast-paced.
