Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Reservation/Booking, Information, and Passenger Operations services with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Calculate fares, arrange routes based on passenger requests, provide schedule and fare information, and ensure seamless coordination throughout the passenger journey.
  • Efficiently handle reservation/booking requests, issue tickets for domestic and international flights, and manage processes such as Endorsement, Rerouting, and ticket returns.
  • Warmly greet passengers and facilitate smooth communication and coordination between the crew, handling agent, catering, cleaning, air traffic, customs, and other stakeholders.
