Lead Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Element Logic Americas. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse equipment and machinery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage maintenance activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and audits on warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all equipment and machinery are in good working order.
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex mechanical issues and improve maintenance processes.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes and mechanical/conveyor systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
