Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Leadership Role to join our team at Element Logic Americas. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated warehouse systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lubricate machinery, change parts, and perform other routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct audits and PMs to identify areas for improvement and create reports on your findings.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior technicians, assigning work and ensuring it is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect or test damaged machine parts and advise supervisors of repair needs.
  • Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments as required.
  • Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using hand tools and specialized equipment.
  • Record production, repair, and maintenance information accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and conveyor knowledge.
  • An Associate's degree in Maintenance Mechanics or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to lift up to 51 lbs and work comfortably in high temperatures.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, vision, dental, and a 401(k) plan.
