About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Professional to join our team at The Jenkins Organization. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Make reservations for customers and provide detailed information about our products and services.
  • Conduct research using available resources to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Enter new customer information into our system and update existing customer information as needed.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Route calls to the relevant resources within the company.
  • Follow up on customer calls when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed call logs according to our standard operating procedures.
  • Generate call reports to track performance and improve customer service.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Required language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
  • Some experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
  • Good data entry and typing skills.
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this position include bending, standing, lifting, stooping, sitting, walking, stretching, and the ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds.
