Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • Answering Calls: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing solutions and guidance where needed.
  • Gathering Information: Collect relevant details from callers to assess their interest in Medicare plans.
  • Pre-Qualifying Members: Follow established scripts to determine if callers meet essential criteria.
  • Transferring Callers: Seamlessly transfer interested and qualified individuals to licensed agents for further assistance.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, the ability to follow a script, and a customer-focused mindset.
