Job Summary

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Brain Health team at University Hospitals. This is a full-time, day shift position, Monday through Friday, providing quality care in our ambulatory clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in accordance with established carepaths, protocols, and standards of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers in an interdisciplinary approach to provide care to patients and families.
  • Contribute to the educational development of staff, patients, family, and self.
  • Advances own professional development through self-directed learning, continuing education, and participation in peer review.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree from an accredited PA educational program.
  • 1+ years of experience as a NP or PA.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, interpersonal relationships, and computer skills to access patient medical data.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio, and Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Ohio, or Current Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of Ohio.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred.
