- Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, engaging with them to determine the suitability of our services.
- Manage the entire client journey, from initial correspondence to onboarding and pairing with a suitable coach.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client experiences and successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the business by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or enrollment, with a proven track record of success in inbound and/or outbound sales calls.
- Background in sales and/or enrollment with a coaching or ed-tech company is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and open communication.
