The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations and be able to lead a team to provide exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Adhere to Pacifica Hotels' Pure Stay guidelines to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of team members and guests.
  • Utilize proper protective equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property-specific guidelines.
  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times, providing personalized service to hotel guests.
  • Be proficient in housekeeping systems and processes.
  • Perform routine room inspections to ensure cleanliness meets Pacifica Hotels' standards.
  • Assist in the hiring and training of housekeeping team members.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the housekeeping team to discuss goals, challenges, and best practices.
  • Plan and complete work schedules for the housekeeping team on a weekly basis.
  • Control housekeeping costs and maintain accurate records.
  • Control room supplies, order supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Control and maintain the Lost and Found Department.
