Job Title: Department Manager

Join our team as a Department Manager at Anthropologie, where you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Summary:

The Department Manager is responsible for leading the service, selling, and styling teams to achieve an engaging and inspiring store environment. This includes developing others, collaborating with key partners, and supporting store operations and visual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Lead by example in providing extraordinary service, empowering the team to drive sales and metrics, and teaching the team to provide a frictionless customer experience.
  • Leadership + Team Management: Oversee the training, development, and accountability of the CEM program, drive the styling program, and support the Store Manager in identifying and onboarding external talent.
  • Visual + Business Operations: Contribute to assessing sales forecasts, take an active role in opening and closing, restock, standards, cleanliness, IT and facilities issues, and support product flow processes.
  • Communication + Relationships: Contribute to an inclusive environment, facilitate the sharing of product knowledge, and provide insights related to the customer and staff experience.
Requirements:
  • Anthropologie brand fan
  • 2+ years of retail leadership experience
  • Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
  • Proven record of developing great talent
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store

Pay Range: Starting from USD $23.76/Hr.
