Site Supervisor Opportunity

Pathways to Community is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Site Supervisor to lead our residential services team. If you have experience as a supervisor and a strong desire to serve with compassion and enthusiasm, we want to talk with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily needs, including personal care and daily living activities
  • Schedule and plan meals and activities to promote a healthy and engaging environment
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and provide transportation to community events
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records
  • Cook and perform housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean living environment
  • Provide constant supervision and support to individuals in our care
  • Coach and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Maintain proper documentation and logs of all consumer-based activities, medications, and other items in compliance with PTC and other guidelines, policies, and regulations

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to cover shifts beyond your own as necessary
  • Ability to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
  • Pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required
