We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our property management team as Vice President of Property Management. This critical leadership role will drive strategies to maximize real estate investment returns and oversee the physical integrity, safety, compliance, and occupancy of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee property operations, including managing physical rehabilitation projects and collaborating with the Development team.
- Partner with Asset Management to analyze refinancing options, develop corrective action plans, and create long-term financial strategies.
- Review property budgets and capital plans to ensure alignment with industry standards and special financing provisions.
- Provide analytical support and reporting to investors and lenders, working closely with Asset Management and the Equity team.
- Develop and update a three-year strategic plan, monitoring financial performance against projections.
- Lead the residential corporate budgeting process to optimize efficiency and revenue, ensuring compliance with investor, lender, and regulatory requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in asset or real estate management.
- Extensive experience managing both market-rate and affordable housing properties (7,000 units+).
- Proven success in leading the management of a significant portfolio of multi-unit properties.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a focus on developing staff and building high-performing teams.
- Flexible work schedules.
