About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our North America Energy Separation team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing sales in Evaporation and Zero Liquid Discharge in the United States and Canada, with a focus on Clean Technology.

In this role, you will work closely with our process and application experts to develop business opportunities and drive sales dialogue with customers. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of customers and internal stakeholders, as well as analyzing market insights and customer buying behavior to inform sales plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively promote our offering to the market
  • Independently look for, screen, prioritize and manage leads from the market and customers, and convert them into real business opportunities
  • Drive sales dialogue with customers and help define the right solutions for customers
  • Build and maintain a strong network of customers and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to inform sales plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales experience in the process industry, with a focus on Clean Technology
  • Strong networking and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
