About the Job

PackRight is seeking a seasoned VP of Sales and Strategy to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the 3PL and fulfillment industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans, pricing strategies, and incentive programs to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team and provide guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they meet their sales goals and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners to establish PackRight as a trusted partner in growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
