We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leadership Expert to join our team at D Magazine Partners. This role will be responsible for overseeing the execution of sales strategies, driving team performance, and fostering growth in digital sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales operations, CRM management, pricing strategy, and digital product expertise.

The Director of Revenue Growth will lead the sales team in achieving targets while promoting best practices and continuous improvement. They will also oversee the client operations team, supporting shared resources between sales and marketing, and ensuring team members receive professional development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, focusing on digital sales growth and maximizing cross-channel sales opportunities.
  • Partnering with the VP of Sales to develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies that align with the organization's revenue objectives.
  • Driving a high-performance sales culture through mentoring, regular performance check-ins, and goal-setting empowering team members to excel in client acquisition and retention.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental insurance, disability, and retirement savings, as well as 19 days off when our office is closed for holidays and just to take a break, in addition to vacation and personal time opportunities.
