Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized physical therapy plans to address patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement and create targeted treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families to promote self-care and independence.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment decisions and improve care quality.
Requirements:
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience preferred.
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
