We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in North Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and develop personalized care plans to address their needs and goals.
  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to clients, using a variety of techniques and modalities to promote healing, mobility, and function.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and coordination.
  • Document client progress and outcomes, using standardized tools and templates to track and analyze data.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a home health care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
