Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from infants to geriatric patients, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and well-being.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for optimal health and safety.
  • Accurately document client care management and services provided.
Requirements:
  • A current NV Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
