Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility, strength, and balance.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and safety.
- Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote healthy living.
- Accurately document client observations, interventions, and evaluations using state-of-the-art technology.
- A current NV Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
