About the Role:As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adults in their homes. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, conduct assessments, and provide education to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess patient mobility, strength, and balance.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote patient independence and safety.
- Provide education and instruction to patients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities.
- Accurately document patient care and services provided.
- A current NV Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Comprehensive training and scholarship opportunities.
