Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Care Specialist to join our team at Monro Muffler Brake. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest care experiences and driving sales of automotive repair services and tires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior guest care experiences through strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist in driving sales of automotive repair services and tires through effective sales presentations and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business through strong sales and customer engagement.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • One year of sales experience needed.
  • Preferred one year of related experience in the automotive service environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to accurately write sales work orders.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, and placing of merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time.
  • Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting.
  • Climbing up and down ladders to retrieve and stock merchandise.
