Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee reservations and manage guest check-in and check-out processes using a digital platform.
  • Address guest inquiries, including arranging tours or securing dining reservations.
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out experience, including processing payments and distributing room keys.
  • Respond to phone calls and online requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events and meetings.
  • Manage guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and poise.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks, such as sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
