Sales Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Office Coordinator to join our team at National Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various clerical and administrative tasks in order to drive business success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents to facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Plan and schedule appointments and events to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
- Greet and assist onsite guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems to maintain accurate records and improve productivity.
- Perform all other office tasks as required to support the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields is essential for this role.
- The ability to prioritize and multitask is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail is vital in maintaining accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
