As a key member of the Audit department, you will be responsible for executing financial, operational, and compliance audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Your expertise will be utilized to perform audits of various manufacturing processes, including inventory management, production, procurement, and cost accounting, to assess their efficiency and accuracy. You will ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies. Your comprehensive and organized audit work papers will document audit procedures, findings, and recommendations. You will present audit reports to the management, highlighting key audit findings and proposing corrective actions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and compliance, will be essential to gather information and ensure a smooth audit process. Effective communication with team members, management, and other stakeholders will be crucial to address audit-related matters and share best practices. Participating in process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to audit methodologies and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness, will be a key aspect of this role. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in using auditing software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
