About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to join our team at Bear Robotics, Inc. This role will play a critical part in supporting our sales team with day-to-day operations tasks, while also driving continuous process improvement and performance metrics tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales, finance, and field robotics engineer team with contract advancement and pipeline management.
  • Monitor and report on customer pipeline, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Perform analysis on sales and marketing data to develop actionable recommendations for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost of customer acquisition (CAC) and customer lifetime value.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, sales operations, and strategy teams to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with market research and benchmarking to inform business strategy.
  • Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with departments and individuals who use or contribute to key sales processes.
  • Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of sales process systems and process improvements as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on Bear Robotics CRM systems, including Salesforce, Netsuite, and other relevant tools.
  • Perform data analysis to support forecasting of commercial transactions.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing processes.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytics, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced MS Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Experience with SQL, VBA, or Google Scripts.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
