Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to join our team at Bear Robotics, Inc. This role will play a critical part in assisting our sales team with day-to-day operations, process improvement, and performance metrics tracking.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the sales, finance, and field robotics engineer teams to advance contracts and monitor customer pipelines.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop insights into customer acquisition costs and lifetime value.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, sales operations, and strategy teams to communicate areas for continuous improvement.
- Assist with market research and benchmarking to inform business decisions.
- Maintain productive relationships with departments and individuals who contribute to key sales processes.
- Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of sales process systems and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with Bear Robotics' CRM systems, including Salesforce, Netsuite, and data flows.
- Perform data analysis to support forecasts of commercial transactions.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing processes.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA, or Google Scripts.
