Position Overview:
The Senior Analyst for Capital Investment Planning will be integral to the team tasked with fulfilling the capital investment objectives outlined in the Company's strategic plan. This role involves collaboration with various departments, including Operations, Information Technology, Customer Service, and Operation Services, to ensure effective capital deployment for projects and programs. The Analyst will focus on applying industry best practices and promoting a culture of ongoing improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Capital Investment Management team to establish a uniform capital investment reporting and evaluation framework that ensures accountability across the organization.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial modeling, and generate reports to facilitate informed decision-making regarding capital allocation.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to collect data, assess risks, and identify investment strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to implement industry-leading practices for capital management and deployment.
- Develop investment proposals that outline potential returns, associated risks, and strategic implications for leadership review.
- Monitor key performance indicators that reflect the Company's effectiveness in capital deployment.
- Advocate for and support the capital investment enhancement roadmap throughout the organization.
- Propose improvements to investment processes and methodologies to boost decision-making efficiency.
- Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience is essential.
- Additional qualifications or certifications are preferred.
