Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a proven record of academic excellence.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with financial planning software such as NetX360, E Money, or iPaladin is advantageous.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Client Service Analyst within our Family Office Solutions team, you will work closely with our leadership to enhance client relationships through superior service. Each client has distinct objectives, and your role will involve understanding these unique needs and customizing our approach accordingly. You will implement personalized service plans and respond promptly to client inquiries, akin to a family CFO. Additionally, you will collaborate with seasoned advisors and business development personnel to foster new client relationships.
Key Duties Include:
- Addressing client inquiries regarding products and services.
- Coordinating meetings between advisors and clients.
- Preparing written or electronic communications on behalf of advisors.
- Documenting and tracking client interactions.
- Maintaining client information databases for advisors.
- Managing and resolving client complaints.
- Organizing and filing client documentation.
- Assisting with client requests, including fund transfers.
- Informing clients about new offerings.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
