Position Overview:
The Senior Analyst for Capital Investment Planning will be instrumental in overseeing the execution of capital investment strategies aligned with the Company's operational objectives. This role involves collaboration with various departments, including Operations, Information Technology, and Customer Service, to ensure effective capital deployment across projects and programs. The analyst will also focus on implementing industry best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Capital Investment Management team to establish a standardized reporting and evaluation framework that promotes accountability in capital plan execution.
- Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modeling and prepare comprehensive reports to facilitate informed decision-making regarding capital allocation.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to collect data, assess risks, and identify investment strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
- Conduct extensive market research to adopt and implement industry best practices in capital management.
- Draft investment proposals detailing potential returns, risks, and strategic implications for review by leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the Company's efficiency in capital deployment.
- Advocate for and support the capital investment improvement roadmap across the organization.
- Propose enhancements to investment processes and methodologies to boost decision-making efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Additional education or certifications are preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Work Environment:
