Position Overview:

The Senior Analyst for Capital Investment Planning will be integral to the team tasked with executing the capital investment objectives outlined in the Company's strategic plan. This role involves collaboration with a centralized team focused on capital investment management, working closely with departments such as Operations, Information Technology, Customer Service, and Operations Services to ensure effective capital deployment for various projects and programs. The Analyst will also contribute to the adoption of industry best practices and promote a culture of ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Capital Investment Management team to establish a standardized reporting and evaluation process for capital investments, ensuring accountability across the organization.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial modeling, and generate reports to support informed decision-making regarding capital allocation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to collect data, assess risks, and identify investment strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to implement industry best practices in capital deployment and management.
  • Prepare investment proposals that detail potential returns, risks, and strategic implications for leadership review.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the Company's efficiency in capital deployment.
  • Advocate for and support the capital investment improvement roadmap throughout the organization.
  • Offer recommendations for enhancing investment processes and methodologies to boost decision-making efficiency.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience is necessary.
  • Additional education or certifications are preferred.
