Key Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Team Director will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging expertise in lean manufacturing and quality control to drive efficiency and productivity on the shop floor.
  • Supervising and coaching a team of technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that enhance our overall production capabilities.
  • Implementing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • You possess a strong background in manufacturing or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team of employees.
  • You are proficient in Lean manufacturing principles and have experience with quality control processes.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
