About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Digital Product Manager Database Operations to join our team at Wells Fargo. This role is responsible for leading the strategy and resolution of complex digital products, initiatives, and plans.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in digital product management, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for advising senior leadership on digital product development, coordinating activities with cross-functional teams, and providing vision and direction on implementing innovative business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years experience in technology operations and/or engineering
  • 3+ working knowledge of products including Oracle, Microsoft SQL, MongoDB, EDB PostgreSQL, YugabyteDB, Neo4j, Azure Database products

Salary:$173,700 - $200,000 per year, based on location and experience
