Ricoh Client Products Support Manager

Aloden, Inc. is seeking an experienced Ricoh Client Products Support Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and supporting client products, including print management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support client products, including print management solutions.
- Engineer and integrate new print management solutions, ensuring seamless operation within the existing infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain client products, including software and hardware upgrades.
- Troubleshoot client product issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and compliance of printing solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of client products, including print management solutions.
- Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell and Python.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, and Group Policies.
- Experience with virtualization, including non-persistent Virtual Desktops and Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PC.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
