As a Client Care Specialist (internally referred to as Care Coordinators), you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and their pets during their visits. You will be the initial and final point of contact for our patients, utilizing hospitality and professionalism to ensure that clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout their time with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome pet owners and their furry companions, facilitating a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Oversee the scheduling of daily appointments and accommodate walk-ins.
- Communicate with other veterinary practices and clients via phone and email as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, ensuring they are well-stocked.
- Deliver a high standard of hospitality to pet owners, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information and education.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or roles involving direct client interaction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Comfortable with typing and navigating multiple computer systems.
- Experience in veterinary practices or animal care is advantageous.
