About the Role:
Friendly Franchisees Corp. is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to join our team and drive growth and profitability across our portfolio of apartment communities. As an Assistant Regional Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing operations, staff, financial budgeting and reporting, marketing, and leasing efforts for all assigned communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 600 units across multiple properties, with a focus on improving overall financial performance and providing leadership to achieve excellence and continued growth.
- Set performance goals and hold team members accountable for meeting expectations, while promoting a collaborative and supportive atmosphere amongst personnel.
- Implement marketing programs to prelease apartments, reduce vacancies, and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct daily inspections of apartment communities to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with third-party vendors, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
- Multi-family housing experience required, with a strong understanding of property management software (Yardi, etc.).
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, with a willingness to relocate within the Southwest US.
