Job OverviewWe provide innovative web-based automated dispensing solutions to diverse industries, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with customers to onboard new systems and ensure successful implementation
- Providing comprehensive training and support to customers via online channels
- Identifying and troubleshooting hardware and software issues with deployed equipment
- Conducting software testing to pinpoint and report bugs to senior management
- Developing recommendations for system enhancements to improve overall performance
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and support activities
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year for this role.
RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you should possess:
- 2 years' experience providing technical support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of integrated hardware and software solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
