As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with customers to onboard new systems and ensure successful implementation
  • Providing comprehensive training and support to customers via online channels
  • Identifying and troubleshooting hardware and software issues with deployed equipment
  • Conducting software testing to pinpoint and report bugs to senior management
  • Developing recommendations for system enhancements to improve overall performance
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and support activities

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year for this role.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • 2 years' experience providing technical support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of integrated hardware and software solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
