Position Overview:
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and manage incoming phone calls.
- Coordinate timely updates on project statuses and ensure the office operates efficiently.
- Foster a company culture that prioritizes respect, care, and customer satisfaction.
Additional Duties Include:
- Initiating service requests for installations requiring attention.
- Scheduling service appointments in collaboration with the Production Manager.
- Providing consistent status updates and addressing client questions.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and communications in our system.
- Collaborating closely with the Installation team and Production Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Compensation and Benefits:
