Position: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities: The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including aiding in the upkeep, repair, and modification of the facility, its utility systems, and surrounding grounds. This role involves adhering to a structured maintenance plan for various mechanical, electrical, and system equipment, along with maintaining the required documentation in permanent files.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Morning Shift

Required Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in one of the following areas: (a) general maintenance (institution or building), (b) carpentry or facility construction, (c) plumbing and/or electrical work, (d) appliance maintenance. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred.
