Key Responsibilities- Assist with the maintenance and repair of buildings, utility systems, and grounds
- Follow a written planned maintenance program on various mechanical, electrical, and systems equipment
- Document maintenance activities and keep records as required
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electricity, or appliance maintenance
