This role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across various facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position entails ensuring that all buildings, including offices and restrooms, are kept clean and organized.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
I. Perform cleaning tasks in all facilities, including restrooms.
Daily responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash receptacles, utilizing cleaning agents to eliminate stains, and maintaining the cleanliness of mirrors, glass surfaces, and windows.
II. Support the facilities team with additional projects as required.QUALIFICATIONS:
I. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with two (2) years of experience in cleaning services.
II. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
III. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and guests.
IV. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
V. A proactive attitude and high energy level are necessary.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
I. Capability to stand for extended periods.
II. Clear verbal communication and active listening skills are necessary.
III. Ability to receive detailed auditory information and distinguish sounds.
IV. Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, and ascend stairs.
V. Proficiency in reaching, grasping, and manipulating objects, as well as operating cleaning and business equipment.
VI. Manual dexterity is required for keyboard tasks and repetitive actions.
VII. Visual acuity must be sufficient for reading numbers, instructions, and displays.
VIII.
Must be able to exert up to ninety (90) pounds of force occasionally, and twenty (20) pounds frequently or consistently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move items.
