About the Role

As the Director of Cardiovascular Clinical Program, you will play a critical role in leading our cardiovascular services, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes, and driving innovation in cardiac care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Cardiovascular clinical program, overseeing quality, financial performance, marketing strategies, human resources planning, medical staff relationships, research, and education initiatives.
  • Serve as a dyad partner to Cardiovascular physician leadership, collaborating to drive program success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance cardiovascular services, including clinical, operational, and administrative areas.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform program development and improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) years progressive experience in management of Cardiovascular programs.
