Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled electrician to join our maintenance team at International Paper's Beaverton Box Facility in Beaverton, OR. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, performing preventive maintenance activities, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Maintaining production equipment, following all safety rules and practices
  • Performing preventive maintenance activities, such as lubricating, measuring wear, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels
  • Diagnosing and repairing/ replacing faulty electrical components, such as relays, switches, and motors
  • Troubleshooting AC and DC drives, reading electrical block diagrams, and maintaining clean and organized work areas
  • Able to pass an advanced industrial skills and instrumentation/electrician knowledge test
