Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Account Management: Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services, including opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, and issuing/activating ATM cards.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
- Cross-Selling: Identify and maximize cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring clients' needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking. Solid balancing and customer service skills are essential.
- Experience: Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
- Competitive Compensation: A base salary in the range of $29.00 hourly, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
