Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Relationship Banker to join our team at our Aspen branch. As a Branch Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying and addressing client needs, and maximizing cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients and customers at our Aspen branch
  • Identify and address client needs by providing a variety of services, including opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, and performing account maintenance
  • Resolves client problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources
  • Identify and maximize cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring client needs
Requirements
  • Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience
  • Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking
  • Solid balancing and customer service skills
  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs

Transportation Allowance

Up to $125 per month for parking or public transportation

Compensation

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $27.00 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
