Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide information about products and services.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of product offerings to enhance professional expertise.
- Address customer inquiries and fulfill requests, including general information and supply needs.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison for the sales team when representatives are unavailable.
- Clearly communicate technical product or service details to clients.
- Present proposals to current or potential customers and negotiate pricing or sales terms.
- Distribute promotional materials or samples to clients.
- Follow up with customers to address inquiries or inform them of claim results or adjustments.
- Direct customer complaints to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Perform additional duties as required, whether at a lower or higher proficiency level.
- Manage CMS and maintain accurate load information.
- Identify potential customers through calls and emails.
- Conduct data entry tasks as necessary.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Overtime Authorization and Requirement - Unauthorized overtime approval and repeated refusal to work overtime are against company policy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in customer service.
