As a Wellness Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our Wellness Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including vitamins, supplements, and cosmetic items, to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including placing orders and obtaining merchandise as needed.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning shelves, counters, and tables.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display maintenance to promote sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including calculating sales discounts and handling customer payments.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
