Job Title: Academic Success Coach

Join Brightmont Academy, a leading provider of one-to-one instruction for elementary, middle, and high school aged students, as an Academic Success Coach. In this unique part-time opportunity, you will work directly with students, helping them to be successful and coaching them to complete tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee students in the Homework Studio, ensuring they use their time wisely and work on homework.
  • Assist with attendance, ensuring students are headed to class on time and all scheduled students are in the study lab at the start of every period.
  • Help students with homework questions, proactively compiling student homework through internal sources and teacher communication.
  • Enforce Homework Studio policies, such as no phones in the study lab and remaining quiet.
Requirements:
  • Positive mindset and ability to work well with diverse students, maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to troubleshoot, with experience with Google Suite preferred.
  • Time management and organization skills, with the ability to problem solve.
  • Bachelor's degree or experience working with students.
