Business Development Lead

BMO Financial Group is a leading bank in North America, with a strong presence in the commercial lending space. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team, responsible for driving growth initiatives and developing relationships across our footprint.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field. They will be responsible for developing new business by contacting prospects and clients, cross-selling Bank products and services, and participating in Bank and community activities to increase brand visibility and enhance new business opportunities.
This role requires deep expertise in bank products, processes, and systems, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaboration and team skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, influence skills, and data-driven decision-making skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $87,000 - $161,400 per year, with additional benefits including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
