Position Overview

Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Urologist to enhance our Pediatric Urology services. This role is integral to our comprehensive pediatric healthcare team, which has been serving the community for over two decades.

Practice Environment

This position is situated within a large, multi-disciplinary clinic that includes specialists in various pediatric fields such as General Surgery, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Orthopedics, and more. The Pediatric Urology team benefits from a robust referral network for prenatal assessments and newborns with urological issues. Our facility is equipped with a busy outpatient surgical service and maintains strong connections with local Primary Care practices.

Supportive Infrastructure

Our healthcare system features a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and an in-house Pediatric Hospitalist service, ensuring comprehensive inpatient care. Our team includes pediatric anesthesiologists and child life specialists dedicated to optimizing patient safety and enhancing family experiences.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Board Eligible or Board-Certified in Pediatric Urology
  • Fellowship training in Pediatric Urology with advanced clinical skills, particularly in laparoscopy, robotics, and endoscopy
  • Current BLS and PALS Certification required
  • Compensation range is between $466,645 and $681,491 annually, based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE)
  • Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and additional shift incentives as applicable

Our Pediatric Specialty Care is located within a network of clinics that are part of a well-established health system. As a leading center for high-risk deliveries in the region, we conduct over 12,000 deliveries annually, creating a strong foundation for referrals for congenital anomalies and renal concerns.
